Deepening Into Wisdom
This Circle meets the Third Thursday of each month, from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
In order to Deepen into Wisdom, we must first understand who we truly are, unencumbered by the societal rules and traditions we are taught. Many customs and traditions are blindly carried on without a clear understanding of why and how these guidelines are important. It takes great courage to step outside our current patterns and ways and seek answers to these very important questions. If we are "Spiritual beings having a physical experience," it is time to evolve into fully awakened human beings. This circle is where that deeper understanding begins! We will glean "tools" for our toolbox through the basics of meditation, traveling with the drum, and other tried and true wisdoms from those that walked before us. As we gather with other like-minded "Seekers," we will learn how to connect to our true source within and trust our inner guidance.
The world of Spirit is, well, mysterious to most of us. And yet, it is from spirit we come and to Spirit we will return. It is time to find that balance between our practical, thinking Head and our tender, creative Heart, which is often referred to as our Soul. With these tools we can grow in wisdom and trust our inner guidance, rather than look outside ourselves for the Truth. We will continue to integrate the teachings of the "13 Original Clan Mothers" each month as a way to deepen into the wisdom of Truth and be our "Authentic Self."
Deepening into Wisdom - 2024
In 2023 we carefully examined our truths, which assisted us with "Claiming our Gifts." This year, the Wisdom Circle will go a bit deeper by "Sharing a story" about how our gifts were inspired. Consider joining us on this most important, "Deepening into Wisdom" that lies within. If you have never attended the Wisdom circle, follow the call in your heart and join us one month. It just may be someone's story that will reawaken your gift and be the inspiration you need to listen more closely to the wisdom within your Heart. Check out the blog, "Sharing a Story" for a bit more information.
